HPL Board Members
Vice President Loretta Hettinger is a Founding Member of the HPL. She began working as a Planner for the City of Folsom in 1980 and retired in 2001. Loretta also volunteers at the Folsom History Museum, Museum of Wonder and Delight and serves on the Planning Committee for the Chinese Heritage Museum. Loretta is a Grandmother of 11 and has been a Folsom resident for 17 years. In her “spare time” she hosts bluegrass house concerts.
President Beth Kelly is a program manager in an environmental engineering firm. She has always had an interest in land conservation and preservation of natural habitats. She enjoys many outdoor activities, including snow skiing, hiking, and boating. Beth has lived in Folsom since 2007.
Anne Rhea, a founding member of The Heritage Preservation League of Folsom, has also served as HPL secretary, currently Treasurer, and continues to serve as the membership chair. Originally from Washington, D.C., she has lived in California since 2000. She currently works in the real estate field.
Marty Donahoo is a current and founding Director of the Folsom, El Dorado & Sacramento Historical Railroad Association. Moved to Folsom 26 years ago. Enjoys tinkering, building and repairing. Retired from the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District. Member of the Folsom Historical Society.
Dennis Stefani, retired civil engineering project manager working on land development projects for 44 years. He has owned property in Folsom for 49 years and has lived in Folsom for 36 years. Dennis is a member of the Folsom Historical Society, Director-Folsom, El Dorado, Sacramento Historical Railroad Association, Director & Past Chairman-Pacific Coast Chapter- Railway & Locomotive Historical Society. Dennis is also a member of the Folsom Garden Club.
Lisbet Gullone is an independent contractor in the development field. After working many years with historic preservation for the City of Folsom, she became a volunteer at Folsom History Museum in 2009. Lisbet has a passion for historical research and documentation. She currently serves as HPL's Secretary.
Karen Pardieck is semi-retired and works as a Government Relations consultant with Sacramento Reclamation District 1000. She has lived in Folsom for 14 years and enjoys kayaking on Lake Natoma and walking on the Folsom trails.
Who we are:
The Heritage Preservation League of Folsom was founded in the summer of 2003 by a group of residents concerned about preserving Folsom's heritage and identifying and registering our historic resources.
